Highland Lakes Newspapers Marble Falls attorney Robert Highland Lakes Newspapers Marble Falls attorney Robert Klaeger on Friday confirmed his bid for the bench being vacated by 33rd Judicial District Judge Guilford Jones, who recently announced he would not seek re-election in 2012. “When Judge Jones announced he would not seek re-election, I thought long and hard about running,” said Klaeger, who formerly served as Burnet County attorney. “After serving as county attorney for 10 years, I believe I have the experience and to serve our district well.
